How do deliveries work?

The first bouquet will be delivered on the day of your choice. Subsequent deliveries will be delivered on or about that same date. Subscriptions include free standard local delivery . If your address is in our extended delivery area, an additional fee may apply.

 

How will I be charged?

Your credit card, the one you signed up with, will be charged 5 business days before each delivery, based on your selected frequency. This time allows us to procure the flowers for your subscription.

Plans auto-renew and may be modified or canceled at any time.

 

I'm going out of town. What if I need to pause or skip a delivery?

Simply call Deer Run Florist and we will adjust your order accordingly.

Can I change the card message?

Yes! Send any changes to [email protected] at least one week before the scheduled delivery date.

 

If I want something different, can I change the plan?

Yes! Just call us and we can customize a subscription plan just for you.
